    Before sending anything back, email us at contact@pecheatelier.com. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with:
    Confirmation of your request, Our UK return address, A Return Authorisation (RA) number (required)
    Returns without prior approval and RA number will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your cost.
  • Return Conditions – Must Be Like New
    To qualify for return:
    Item unused, unworn, no scratches/wear/damage
    In original packaging with all tags, labels, certificates, boxes, and accessories intact
    Security seal/sticker unbroken (once opened/tampered with, return is not possible)
    We inspect every return—our decision is final.
  • Non-Returnable Items (Exclusions)
    The 14-day right does not apply to:
    Personalised/custom-made jewellery (e.g., engraved, made to your design/measurements, "Create Your Own")
    Items damaged, modified, resized, or repaired by anyone other than Peche Atelier
    Certain promotional items (if stated as non-returnable at purchase)
  • Shipping, Refunds & Faulty Items
    You pay return shipping costs (use tracked/signed-for service; we’re not liable for loss/damage in transit).
    On approval, we refund the full purchase price (excluding original shipping) within 5–10 business days after inspection (2–4 days processing).
    For faulty/defective items: Contact us immediately with photos—we cover return shipping and offer repair, replacement, or refund (plus our 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, without affecting your statutory rights).
