How Your Order Is Made

Every piece at Péché Atelier is handcrafted in our atelier. Because we make each item with care — and often to order — there are two stages before your jewellery arrives:

  • Production time: 5–10 business days (depending on stock availability and piece complexity)
  • Shipping time: 5–10 business days after dispatch (international)

Total estimated time: 10–26 business days (2–5 weeks). We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and converted automatically at checkout.

No Hidden Fees

For international customers: in the vast majority of cases, individual jewellery orders are not subject to import duties or customs charges. We declare the correct value on all shipments.

In the rare event that customs contacts you, charges are the buyer's responsibility — but this is uncommon for handcrafted jewellery orders of this value.

Shipping Method

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked or an equivalent tracked carrier. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange delivery.

Important Notes

  • Delivery estimates are from dispatch date and are not guaranteed — delays can occur due to customs, public holidays, or carrier issues.
  • Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
  • All orders are shipped with tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
